Parents and students are required to attend at least 5 of the 7 monthly RTwelve meetings and the Year-End Celebration.

A minimum of 15 service hours are required annually at a variety of chapter approved philanthropies.

Parents and students are required to serve annually in leadership positions which offer valuable work experience and leadership growth.
